For the past year I’ve been trying to gain access to my Vodafone online account, but continually get the “Incorrect username or password. Please try again. – [1e2]” error.
I have tried, on many occasions, to have this error resolved by Vodafone but they’ve never been able to give me access to my account. I can’t see my bills and I can’t access my Suresignal settings.
The problem has progressed so that I can’t view my account using the My Vodafone app.
I’ve even gone as far as writing letters of complaint to Vodafone – they just can’t fix the issue. It seems that the only way I’m going to resolve this is by moving networks.
If anyone can help, please let me know how to resolve this.
