The Samsung Ecobubble is a great washing machine, but it has a little ‘issue’ which can leave the display Samsung Unresponsive.
You may have just switched the machine on, or perhaps you’ve cleaned it, and suddenly the display is stuck. Whatever you do you simply can’t get the machine to respond.
Don’t Panic! You’ve probably activated the child-lock safety device inadvertently.
Before you reach for the telephone, try this:
- Switch the machine on at the wall socket
- Press and hold the ‘temp’ and ‘spin’ buttons for 3 to 4 seconds
- Your machine should sound a chime
